  • Do you remodel or build new decks or outdoor entertainment areas?
    Sorry, but we do not.
  • How long does it take to complete a project?
    Completion times vary based on the scope of the project, our current project workload, availability of supplies and materials, sub-contractor availability and other factors. Some small projects might be completed in a week, other larger remodeling projects could take a month or two to complete.
  • What kinds of payments do you accept?
    We accept checks, cashiers checks, cash and credit card payments. We do require an initial deposit before the work begins, a second payment approximately half way through the project, and final payment within 10 days of the final walk through. We also offer monthly payment options from Hearth. Visit our Customer Payment Options page for details.
  • Do you build new homes?
    Yes, we build custom homes for pre-qualified customers on their property. Sorry, we do not build spec homes.
  • Do you provide warranties?
    Yes we warrant all our work. The length of the warranty varies based on the project. We are happy to explain our warranty policies at any time.
  • Who do I talk to if I have a problem with my project?
    You should first speak to the project manager to resolve the problem. If that does not satisfy you please call our office directly. We take extreme pride in customer satisfaction and want to make sure our customer issues are handled in a quick .appropriate and satisfactory manner.
  • Do you do roofs, windows and siding?
    We do not provide roof repairs, new roofs, window replacement or new siding unless it is part of one of our renovation projects
  • Are you licensed and insured?
    We are licensed by the state of TN for remodeling projects and new custom homes up $760.000
  • Do you provide estimates?
    Yes we provide estimates. Estimates normally cost $100 but could be more depending on your location and complexity of the project. If you decide to use our services, the estimate price will be deducted from the final bill.
  • What types of home remodeling do you provide?
    We do whole house remodeling and can remodel most any room in your house. We specialize in bathroom, kitchen and great room remodeling projects.
  • What is the lead time for a project?
    Lead times vary based on the scope and size of the project and our current project schedule.
